🎉 Happy 12th Anniversary, McAllen Tai Chi Group! 🥋✨ It was celebrated in style at Quinta Mazatlan, sharing a morning of movement, joy, and healthy food. Photos feature Tai Chi and Five Animal Play in action! It's more than a Tai Chi class - it's a community rooted in physical wellness, healthy eating, and the balance of body and mind. 📍 The FREE Tai Chi class meets every Saturday, 8:30 - 9:30 AM, outdoors at Quinta Mazatlan. Just pay the park entry fee - or ask at the front desk about our annual membership. Everyone is welcome! 🌿
