Career Day was officially a success 🥹🦕🎨 We spent the morning hanging out with the sweetest kindergarteners at Sam Houston Elementary making “dinosaur” cookies… which I quickly learned are actually BRACHIOSAURUS cookies 😂🦕 We talked about baking, creativity, teamwork, and how I get to make art with frosting instead of paint. Then for the class picture I accidentally told them to say “SPRINKLES!” instead of “CHEESE!” and honestly… I think it worked better 🤣✨ This is my 3rd year attending Career Day and it honestly gets sweeter every time. Thank you to the amazing staff and teachers for welcoming me and letting me spend time with your kiddos. Their excitement and adorable cookie masterpieces absolutely made my day 💕 Wishing everyone a safe, fun, sprinkle-filled summer ☀️ Come visit us at CC’s Sweets! 🧁

POV: your local baker accidentally became a food critic for the day 🍕😂 Our sweet friends at Hungry Howie’s Pizza dropped off pizza, wings, cinnamon bread & suddenly I transformed into “yo soy el food blogger” 💀 The official review: ✨ hint of tomato ✨ hint of spice ✨ cinnamon bread disappeared suspiciously fast Also… I saw an Asian chicken pizza on the menu and now I have questions 👀🍕 Possible trade era loading… We’ve always believed in community over competition around here. Especially today, it feels good to celebrate the local businesses feeding our neighborhoods, creating jobs, and showing up for each other every day. ❤️🤍💙 Hope everyone is having a safe Memorial Day with the people they love. 🇺🇸
