POP UP ANNOUNCEMENT! Ramen Prosper is going to Japan! This will be @the_official_bill_hater first time in Japan! @twiliramen has been there 5 times already, that guy is insane 😂 Our pop up on Saturday May 31 at @nopalito.us will be our last pop up before we leave to Japan for almost two weeks. We want to thank every single person for coming out to our pop ups and supporting us. We couldn’t have done any of this without you and it means the absolute world to us. 🙏🏼 The goal of this trip is to get a deeper understanding of ramen and what makes it good. Everything we learn will reflect on future pop ups and we’re excited to experience it and see how it changes our approach to doing pop ups. Follow us, because we’re going to be posting about all the ramen shops we’re visiting in Japan! There’s so many different styles to experience and we want to share all of it with you. For this pop up at @nopalito.us we will be doing two styles of ramen: A pork, chicken, and dashi shoyu ramen and a shio ramen, both with handmade shrimp wontons and optional spicy rayu oil.
