☕️ Michelle’s story — Part 3 (the finale) At the end of the day, it always comes back to coffee and food. 🤎 For us, quality isn’t just a buzzword or something we put on a menu. It’s the reason we roast our own coffee, source thoughtfully, care about every ingredient, and obsess over the little details. Because when you’re serving your community, you don’t just want to make a good cup of coffee or serve something you’re proud of — you want to create something worth coming back for. Almost 10 years in, that tiny dream of roasting coffee in the RGV has grown into so much more than we could’ve imagined. But the why hasn’t changed. Quality matters. People matter.
