"Pueblo" by John Franklin (1925-2010), 16" x 20", oil on canvas. Known for his impressionistic paintings of Pueblo Indians and Pueblo life in southwest, John Franklin was a prolific artist who, during his active years, lived in Arizona, California, and Taos, New Mexico, the latter providing the inspiration for many of his paintings.
